A: Invisible design. Users shouldn't think - they should just do. We obsess over reducing friction, testing with real business owners, and refining until setup takes minutes, not hours.

Q: How do you decide what to build?

A: Impact vs. effort, plus customer feedback. We analyze support tickets and usage data quarterly, but we also talk to customers directly. Sometimes a small feature solves a massive workflow bottleneck that data alone won't reveal.
